This Safety Notice & Disclaimer (hereinafter “this Notice”) is formulated by Nanjing Xingyue Yuda Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SIMDA”, “the Company”, or “we”; official website: www.simdatech.com) and applies to all users who access, browse this website, or accept our electronic product R&D and manufacturing services (hereinafter “you”). This Notice is formulated in accordance with the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China, the E-Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations. It is intended to clarify the product safety use specifications, intellectual property protection obligations, user conduct guidelines, and liability allocation rules. I. Product Safety Use Guidelines

1.1 Electrical Safety: The electronic products and hardware prototypes delivered by us must be installed and operated in strict accordance with Articles 26 and 27 of the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China and the accompanying user manual. Before use, please verify the rated voltage and current on the product nameplate against the power source parameters; use in electrical environments exceeding the nominal range or failing to comply with relevant mandatory national standards such as GB 4943.1 (Safety of Information Technology Equipment) is prohibited, so as to avoid safety incidents such as electric shock, fire, or component damage.

1.2 Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC): Our products undergo electromagnetic compatibility assessments in accordance with standards such as GB 4824 and GB/T 9254 prior to design release and shipment. Before use in environments with strong electromagnetic interference, in proximity to medical equipment, in aircraft, or in flammable and explosive locations, you shall independently assess applicability and take necessary shielding, grounding, and isolation measures; we shall not be liable for interference, malfunction, or performance degradation caused by use environments exceeding the product design margin.

1.3 Operating Specifications: Assembly, debugging, and maintenance shall be performed by qualified technical personnel in accordance with the operating manual. Hot-plugging of non-hot-swap interfaces, unauthorized modification of circuits or firmware parameters, overload operation, and long-term storage or use in high-temperature, high-humidity, strong-vibration, or corrosive environments are prohibited. Equipment damage, personal injury, or property loss arising from any installation, debugging, modification, or use that violates the operating specifications shall be borne by you.

1.4 Batteries and Energy Storage Devices: Products containing energy storage devices such as lithium batteries and supercapacitors shall be protected against dropping, impact, puncture, short circuit, water immersion, and storage in environments exceeding 60°C; charging must use the original factory or adapter approved by us in writing. We shall not be liable for swelling, leakage, fire, or explosion caused by violation of the above requirements.

1.5 Recall and Safety Notices: In accordance with the Product Quality Law and Articles 18 through 22 of the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law, we shall, for products found to pose systemic safety risks, promptly issue safety notices through this website, email, or telephone, and, depending on the circumstances, take measures such as repair, replacement, return, or recall. You shall monitor relevant notices and cooperate in implementation.

1.6 ESD Protection, Transport and Storage: Electronic products are sensitive to static electricity; please handle them in an ESD-protected environment (including anti-static wrist straps, anti-static work surfaces, and grounded bracelets), and avoid direct contact with components and interfaces in dry, low-humidity environments. Products shall be transported in original or approved shock-absorbing and moisture-proof packaging, and stored in environments with temperatures between -10°C and 50°C, relative humidity not exceeding 75%, free of corrosive gases, and away from strong magnetic fields. Component breakdown, pin oxidation, solder joint cracking, or performance degradation caused by failure to follow the above ESD protection, transport, or storage requirements shall be borne by you.

II. Intellectual Property Protection and Infringement Prohibition

2.1 All intellectual property rights contained in this website and our deliverables (including but not limited to copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, exclusive rights to layout designs of integrated circuits, trade secrets, and domain names, as defined in Article 123 of the Civil Code) are owned by SIMDA or the lawful rights holders. Without written authorization, any copying, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, adaptation, deduction, rental, lending, dissemination, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Any requirement documents, drawings, code, or samples you upload or submit through this website shall be guaranteed by you to be lawfully at your disposal and not in violation of national regulations on export control, trade secret protection, and information security. Losses caused to us by unlawful or non-compliant materials you provide shall be fully compensated by you.
